Dustin Hicks

Dustin is an antibody and recombinant protein development scientist with more than 13 years of experience across pharmaceutical R&D, academic research, and contract manufacturing environments. Expertise includes GLP/GMP and RUO protein expression, purification, downstream processing, process development, and comprehensive protein quality control and characterization.

Additional areas of expertise span molecular biology, recombinant protein engineering, multispecific and humanized antibody development, and biotherapeutic development program design, execution, and oversight. Experience extends through preclinical and clinical phases, including CMC activities, toxicology study design, and support for regulatory filings. In Dustin’s free time he runs, gardens, goes on hikes with his wife and dog, and enjoys going out to eat and watching basketball.
