Director, Center for Medication Development for Substance Use Disorders and Overdose

Dr. Marco Pravetoni is the Rick L. Seaver Endowed Professor in Brain Wellness at UW Medicine, where he directs the Center for Medication Development for Substance Use Disorders and Overdose. His NIH-funded research focuses on vaccines and antibody-based therapies for opioid use and overdose. He advises U.S. agencies on drug policy and ranks among the top NIH-funded psychiatry investigators.
